Who runs LLC Price

LLC Price exists because LLC cost information on the internet is stale. Most “fees by state” pages copy each other, so old numbers — like New Jersey’s $500 filing fee, which the official site now lists as $100 — circulate for years.

Every fee on this site is read from the state’s own page (Secretary of State or tax agency), linked per state, with a verification date. When a state page is temporarily unreachable, we say so instead of guessing.

Who runs this

LLC Price is built and maintained by Nan Liang, who also writes at javaeye.dev. Questions or corrections: support@llcprice.com — if a number here disagrees with a state page, we want to know.

How we make money

Some pages link to a registered agent service we recommend, with affiliate links clearly marked. We link one provider, chosen on community reputation. Display ads may also appear. We do not sell data or accept placement fees.
